About Chokae

With over 20 years of experience as a Hatha Yoga and Meditation Instructor, Chokae' Kalekoa created the "Shut Your Monkey!" meditation workshop as a simple and practical method of taming the Monkey Mind, that anyone can do, anytime, anywhere. No props, no music, no outward affectations or accoutrements. Just you, simply being.

Meditation

Theology, religion, philosophy, spirituality, all are valid and commonly associated with meditation, however none are actually "required" to learn how to meditate, mainly because there's nothing to "believe" in.
"You don't have to believe in water for it to quench thirst",
the same holds true with meditation. The only requirement is the desire to learn... and practice.

Wether you are new to meditation or you already meditate, this 3 hour workshop will guide you through a simple system that is guaranteed to improve and enhance your personal ability to focus, concentrate, and calm the Monkey Mind at will.
